For Personality--for personality quiz users can add their results co-relation from the question tab in the customize page. just connect the all question to the results. Then in the final quiz user can see the results as per the most connected results. please check the screenshot for more understanding.
For Assessment--for assessment Quiz, users can set their results from the question tab. Just click on the checkbox for your correct answers for the assessment quiz, users can use correct multiple answers for the quiz . then users can see their result on the publish page.
For Scored--in scored quiz users can set their options scored from the question tab, just add the scores for a particular option and save it then you can see your scores in the result tab in the publish page.
